As the exclusive agent for the local city, a City Partner must establish one standalone store as a display window for the city to promote our products and the Rumpapa model. Simultaneously, the City Partner, as the local operation center, undertakes the training of all Rumpapa bartenders;
City Partners must actively utilize their own resources to conduct promotion and publicity for Rumpapa, striving to facilitate the opening of new Rumpapa outlets.
Rumpapa Standalone Store refers to an independently operated bar. The franchisee, based on their own conditions and resources, and in compliance with laws, regulations, and contract terms, independently selects the business address and premises to conduct cocktail sales independently.
The standalone store is operated autonomously by the franchisee; Hemingway and City Partners do not participate in its operation, management, or profit sharing. After the contract is signed and relevant facility renovations are completed, the "Rumpapa" sign can be displayed to commence cocktail sales.

Rumpapa Embedded Store targets ordinary F&B outlets. By renovating the bar or idle area (3-5 sqm) of the F&B outlet, it enables the outlet to launch cocktail sales.
1. No need for new premises; upgrade and renovate existing space; 2. No need to hire new staff; train existing employees for the role; 3. Extend the F&B outlet's operating hours, increasing revenue; 4. Enrich the beverage menu, diversifying the business format.
